Overview
Commercial decorating is rarely just about paint. It's access, protection, sequencing around other trades, keeping a building safe and usable, and handing over a finish that stands up to thousands of people a day. That's the work Olympian Decor has been doing for more than twenty years, for some of the best-known names in the UK.
We work as a direct contractor to building owners and facilities teams, and as a trusted finishing subcontractor to main contractors on new-build and refurbishment schemes. Either way, you get one point of contact, a clear programme and a team that leaves every area cleaner than it found it.

Frequently asked
Can you work alongside other trades on a live build?
Yes — most of our new-build work is sequenced in with drylining, M&E and flooring teams. We agree areas, hold points and protection with the site manager and report progress daily.
Do you supply your own access equipment?
We supply steps, podiums and towers as standard and arrange MEWPs where the job needs them, with trained, carded operators.
How do you price commercial work?
From drawings, a schedule of works or a site survey. You'll get an itemised quotation with a clear programme, so you can compare like for like.
