Getting a quote
How do I get a quote?
Call Peter on 07578 694007, email us, or use the quote form. For commercial work, drawings or a schedule of works help; otherwise we'll arrange a site survey.
Is the survey free?
Yes. Surveys and quotations are free and without obligation.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the size of the project and our programme, but we'll always give you a realistic start date — and we hold to it.
Working on your site
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. A large share of our commercial work happens out of hours so that stores, offices, clubs and schools can keep running.
Will you work in an occupied building?
Yes. We phase works zone by zone, put up safe barriers, use low-odour products and clean down daily.
Do you provide RAMS?
Every job gets site-specific risk assessments and method statements, plus COSHH information for the products we use.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry public and employers' liability insurance, and certificates are available on request.
Coverage & clients
Where do you work?
We're based in Middlesbrough and work nationwide across England, Scotland and Wales.
Who have you worked for?
Clients include Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, David Lloyd Leisure Clubs, Amazon, UK universities, schools and public educational institutions, and UK banks.
Do you only do commercial work?
No. Commercial is the bulk of what we do, but we've always looked after private clients too. No job is too big or too small.
Do you work as a subcontractor?
Yes — we're regularly brought in by main contractors as the finishing trade on new-build and refurbishment schemes.
